PAYMENT OPTIONS :
We currently have 3 payment options when purchasing online, EFT, PayFast, or Lay-by.
Your order will only be processed once payment is received.

LAYBY TERMS :
50% deposit confirms your order and we will begin production. You can then pay off the balance over 1-3 months. Installments are payable via EFT. Your order will only be sent once full and final payment is received. No cancellations on lay-by items.
LEAD TIMES :
Please read our production info for product-specific lead times.
DELIVERY :
We make use of a combination of couriers and shipment companies depending on the size of the item being sent and your location. Our shipment company can take anything from 4-8 working days to deliver items depending on size and area in SA. This is not included in the manufacturing lead times. Local CPT deliveries takes 2-4 days and are area dependant and local installation are set on a order by order basis.
As we use a shipment company you wont be able to live track the order , however you will be given a delivery due date via email and the shipment company will message you directly before the delivery as well.

We have our own delivery and installation teams in Cape Town. Deliveries take place during business hours. ( Typically from 9:00 – 18:00 )
All deliveries outside of CPT – Our shipment partners do not install furniture items and are only authorised to place items inside your home or business. If you live in an apartment building please notify us of this ahead of your scheduled delivery.
We can advise on a handyman or installation service in your area. Please contact us to arrange this. However our furniture is very easy to assemble yourself , marked clearly and Allen key and screws provided.
Prices for delivery range from R100 -R1250 for standard products with customs priced individually.
You are welcome to collect from our factory in Stikland, Cape Town. We will let you know when your order is packed and ready for you to collect.
If you are based in an outlaying area , you might be liable for additional delivery cost.We will inform of you of this should this be the case.

DAMAGES :
Please notify us about transit damages within 24 hours upon receiving your order to any of our email addresses.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transport we will arrange for the item to be collected and repaired/ exchanged. Please send us a photo and or description of the damage via email.
ALL returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.
Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY :
You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of the goods having been delivered to you. We will refund you in full within 14 days less the transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your invoice as we have set shipping fees on completed sales and sometimes subsidise, discount or absorb additional costs. A handling fee of 10%- 15% will be applicable on all cancelled online / custom orders.
- Products which are made to order are made especially for you and are therefore final sales.
- We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturer flaw , and we cannot mend or fix the flaw for you.
